(Student Organizations) The Big Event Fall 2026 Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in The Big Event on Sunday, November 8th, 2026. By completing this form, you agree to participate in this event from 1:00-5:00pm at your assigned project.

Registration ends October 28th, 2026. Free t-shirts are guaranteed to those who register by October 1st. All volunteers will be provided with snacks and water.

You will be emailed prior to the event with your groups specific check in time (1:00pm or 1:30pm)
Larger groups will be spilt up into smaller groups so please stay with your assigned group.
Groups are asked to drive themselves to jobs if necessary.

By checking this box you acknowledge that your organization or the individuals who do not show up on behalf of your organization may be fined for missing the event without notice by November 3rd, 2026 at 11:59pm to compensate for the tool rental.

By answering this question, I confirm that I or another representative from my organization will attend one of the information sessions prior to The Big Event. If a representative from this organization fails to attend, we forfeit our right to participate in the event.
